Terms of Sale

Schedules and delivery time:

Shipping time will be between 1 and 6 business days for Lima and between 4 to 8 business days for provinces after processing the order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. The products will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., deliveries will not be made on Sundays or holidays.
If the purchase was made during hot sale, cyber monday or sales days, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

Deliveries will be made to people over 18 years of age with ID. Upon receiving the product, the customer must review the purchase to confirm its good condition. Once the purchase is accepted, product returns will not be accepted except for changes. In case the delivery cannot be made on the scheduled date, it is the responsibility of the client. In this case, the client will have to contact BE AMA S.A.C. to reschedule the shipment.

For INTERNATIONAL shipments consider a delivery time of approximately 1 month. A shipping tracking number will be provided for consultation.

Delivery address:

Delivery is made to an address that the customer enters when making the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to enter correct and complete information in their purchase, so that delivery can be made in a timely manner at the scheduled address and date. If there is an error in the address entered by the client, the coordinated delivery will not be possible. We will contact the client for rescheduling where the client will once again assume the shipping costs.

Shipping costs:

The shipping cost for clothing within Metropolitan Lima varies between S/.10.00 (Ten and 00/100 soles) and S/15.00 (Fifteen and 00/100 soles), depending on the area. In the case of provinces there will be a cost of S/.15.00 (Fifteen 00/100 soles) and in INTERNATIONAL shipments it will around US$30.00.
