Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment centers are located in Lima, Milan and Bali. No additional taxes or VAT.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 2-4 days. They are then taken care of by DHL Express ROW or by UPS for orders within Europe. Your parcel generally arrives within 3-10 days depending on the destination. Americas within 3-5 days and ROW 5-10 days.
Beyond 10 days, we will contact you by phone or email. Without response from you, we reserve the right to return the goods to our warehouse.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, you can track your order using the tracking number sent by email to you. A text message will also be sent to you when the parcel is out for delivery by DHL or UPS. You will be able to modify the slot or address directly on the relevant site.
How do I return my order?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it to us in its original packaging. To receive a return form and prepaid label, send us a message at email@example.com (If returning from within Peru or EU only). If you are returning from a different zone, prepaid labels are not covered by us. Kindly ship the returning pieces by economy post.
How do I exchange an item?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to ask for a size/color swap. Items have to be received on its original packaging. To receive a return form and prepaid label, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
Once validated, your order cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can request a return within 15 days of receipt.

I have been asked to pay a large customs fee on my order, do I get refunded for this?
No, custom fees are covered by the end-recipient of the package. We can help you calculate the fees in advance so you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
